Postage and Shipping

We ship via Australia Postal Services, usually within 7 days of receiving your order. Some items we sell are handmade by us. Orders which include these items may take a few extra days to be ready for shipping.

 

 

All Australian orders are posted via Australian Postal Services. When placing your order online you will find shipping options  after you enter your shipping information.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated times and start from the day we ship the order, not the day you place it.

 

 

 

We ship internationally to most countries  via Australia Postal Services.

 

When ordering online our system calculates shipping based on the weight of the items you order and the location they are being sent to.

 

Predicted shipping times do NOT include the amount of time it takes for your package to get through customs. It can sometimes take weeks for customs to release a package, it all depends on what country you live in. We do not guarantee timely arrivals of international orders, please order internationally at your own risk.

 

•Customs: Once the package gets to your country customs will analyze it, determine if there are duties due (this is completely out of our hands), then pass it on to your local postal unit.

Your country may collect dues upon receipt, this is completely out of our hands. Please contact your local post for more information.
